I'm sure many of you have seen women and girls with artistic nails and wonder "how can I accomplish that look". Today, the nail art industry has sky rocketed and can be found in most nail shops. The down side to this top fashion trend is the expense. Some nail shops charge over $100 for nail art! Wow, now that isn't budget friendly.
